Returns Policy

Any items returned after 14 days or with any visible signs of damage or wear will not be processed.

EXCHANGE We are unable to offer an exchange.

NECKLACE IS FAULTY Our necklaces are delicate, and occasionally we do have faulty items. If this happens to you, please do get in touch with your order number, description and images of the faulty product to info @ rayraelondon .com

A new necklace will be sent out to you. Faulty goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of purchase. Any items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear is not classed as a manufacturing fault.

RETURN POSTAGE Any return queries are to be done via EMAIL info@rayraelondon.com and ensure that you have posted your item within 14 days of receipt once we have approved your return via email. For International Returns, you must mark 'return' on the customs form when returning to the UK, otherwise we will be charged import charges which we will not be held responsible for. All returns must have a valid proof of postage receipt. We would advise having your items trackable to guarantee they get back to us.
